Founded in 1945, we're still family-owned and run to this day. We've designed our park to reflect the surroundings - from the native Cornish flowers across the landscape to the specially-sourced seafood in our Seahorse restaurant.

The Lookout
Perched high above the park on the ancient lime kiln, The Lookout is a luxurious three-bedroom holiday home, complete with its own spacious, private decked area, making it perfect for sitting outside in the sunshine and soaking up the stunning sea views.
The Retreat
If you’re looking for a more peaceful and secluded getaway, then our beautiful four-bedroom lodge, The Retreat, makes for an unrivalled woodland escape. Nestled in our Woodland Willows area, although only a short walk to the beach, The Retreat can comfortably sleep up to eight people.

Book ahead for your 2025 holiday
Secure your spot now and enjoy later! Book your beachside adventure today with a ÂŁ100 deposit for a holiday home or a ÂŁ50 deposit for a pitch. In September, once prices for the 2025 season are confirmed, you'll have three weeks to review the prices. If you're happy with the price, simply confirm your booking. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can cancel your holiday within the three-week window, and your deposit will be fully refunded. It's time to start counting down the days to your beachside getaway in 2025. We can't wait to welcome you!

Indoor Swimming Pools
There’s a lap pool for leisurely swimming, a play pool with water flumes, a whirlpool bath to relax in and even a shallow beach area, which is perfect for toddlers who are just beginning to dip their toes.
South West Coastpath
If you’d like to discover the stunning landscape on foot, then lace up your boots and hike along the breathtaking South West Coast Path, which is located by the entrance of the park.
The Seahorse
After a hard day spent in the waves or soaking in the sunshine on the beach, you’re sure to have worked up an appetite. Delightfully spacious with beautiful views across the bay, our Main Deck Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

Really clean. Everything you need. The restaurant was great and the food delicious. Great that we could use the pool for free too. The beach was stunning, with silver sand and clear sea.
