Comfortable, luxurious and suitable for all budgets, our spacious two and three-bedroom holiday homes are a real home-from-home. Some ranges even include a private balcony and multiple bathrooms. We also have a range of wheelchair-friendly homes available, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The Lookout
Perched high above the park in a secluded private area, The Lookout is a luxurious three-bedroom holiday home. With panoramic views over Mevagissey Bay from the spacious decked area, this premium accommodation is perfect for soaking up the sunshine and stunning sea views.
Beach Houses
Experience coastal living at its finest in our modern and stylish Beach Houses, located just a stone’s throw away from the beach. Within walking distance of the sea, our Beach Houses are designed with the sunshine in mind. They are perfect for couples or families looking to relax and unwind right beside the sea.
The Retreat
For a more peaceful and secluded getaway, our four-bedroom lodge, The Retreat, is nestled in our popular Woodland Willows area. This home-from-home has the best of both worlds, with countryside surroundings and a short walk to the beach.

Our generous pitch sizes and award-winning facilities have everything you need for your touring holiday. Bring your choice of caravan, motorhome, van or tent and enjoy our four luxury amenity blocks with a selection of private bathrooms, dishwashing areas, a launderette, and much more.
Touring & Camping
Pitch up by the beach! Bring your choice of touring caravan, van, tent or motorhome, and we'll provide the rest. We have a range of electric and non-electric touring and camping pitches no more than a three-minute walk from the beach.
Facilities
Experience camping like never before with luxurious facilities that cater to your every need and comfort. Our amenity blocks are home to a selection of private, family and accessible bathrooms which are kept to a pristine standard. We have a launderette, well stocked shop and bakery, swimming pools and restaurants on the park, so you have everything you need for a holiday in Cornwall.
Electric Vehicles
We offer a range of electric charging points across the park. You can find them in our Seahorse Car Park, on a selection of our touring pitches pitches, and in some of our holiday homes. Please refer to our park map to find out where these are located.
Touring Rallies
We host a range of touring rallies of all types and sizes that return to us year after year. Our spectacular beachfront location provides rallygoers with pitches and luxurious facilities. Please get in touch with our Reception team to find out more.

What times of year is the site open?
For the 2025 season, we're open from Friday 28th March to Saturday 1st November.
Are your beachfront pitches available all year?
Kindly note, that our beachfront pitches are only available at certain times of the year, ensuring the best experience in line with weather conditions.
The beachfront pitches are usually available to book Between April and September - call or email us to find out more.
What size are the pitches?
The pitches at Pentewan Sands Holiday Park are generous in size and are an average of 13 meters square. Book online to see the actual size of your pitch or call our reservations team on +44 (0) 1726 843 485 to discuss your requirements.
We do ask that all our prospective guests check the size of their tent, motorhome, or touring caravan before booking to select the most appropriate pitch.
Do you take bookings for rallies?
Yes, each year a number of rallies return to us. The Seahorse makes an ideal venue for large groups.

What accessible facilities do you have?
At Pentewan Sands Holiday Park, we’re passionate about making all of our facilities as accessible as possible to as many people as we can. Our park is designed with inclusivity at the heart, and we’ve taken extra steps to make sure our accommodations and facilities work for everyone.
We have three wheelchair-friendly holiday homes (A16, D27 and E25) which offer wide access, a full wet-room, a portable helper-frame and wide single beds. Please note: our accessible holiday homes have standard height kitchens.
There are also accessible bathrooms in the amenity blocks and we have a beach wheelchair for guests to use.
Do you allow dogs at Pentewan Sands Holiday Park?
Sadly, furry friends are not allowed on the park or beach due to restrictions on the beach throughout the year, with the exception of guide and assistance dogs, who must always be wearing a lead or harness. Certification must be shown and presented on arrival at the park for these dogs, and failure to do so may result in you and your dog being asked to leave the park for the duration of your stay.
However, dogs and other pets are welcome at our sister site at Heligan Caravan & Camping Park.
This resort is geared towards giving its guests the best experience whether it be campers, touring guests, or those staying in the many holiday homes it has to offer.
